Marcie Nagel is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Avint, LLC, bringing 28+ years of cybersecurity experience across federal law enforcement, defense, intelligence, and civilian agencies. A former FBI cyber leader, Marcie has leveraged her deep operational and mission insight to build Avint into an award-winning federal cybersecurity firm delivering end-to-end cyber defense and resilience solutions, including enterprise cyber operations, zero trust and secure cloud architectures, risk-based compliance and governance, program and portfolio leadership, advanced data analytics, and secure digital modernization.

Under her leadership, Avint was named a 2025 Moxie Award Winner and achieved Great Place to Work® certification four times, reflecting both sustained growth and a people-first culture.

Marcie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master of Science in Information Assurance from Norwich University and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Project Management Professional (PMP), credentials that anchor Avint's disciplined, mission-driven delivery in complex national security environments.
